Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Pecorino Romano cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and minced garlic. Mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
